What if a host does not respond?
Hosts are expected to respond within 4 hours. If they do not, you can cancel without penalty and we will follow up with them about response times.

Yes. Tap the three dots in any conversation to report inappropriate behaviour. We take community safety seriously and will investigate all reports.
